Mom promised me that I could post this before Father’s Day since “Dad” won’t find his way to my blog :). I ask any of you faithful blog readers to please not spoil the surprise if you know this gorgeous family! As always…I love a field session, and this one was no exception.
The Dream Album….sigh! The name suits this album so well. I have tried many many companies and I have 2 that I work with. The only problem with the two I have is the turn around time….4-6 weeks (after submitted). So that does not include my design time! The Dream Album promises a speedy 15 business day turn around and sure enough, I got it in that time frame.
I have very high expectations for my albums. I like perfect corners, mountings, bindings. Crips clean pages, thick and easy for turning. And prints that could easily stand next to one of my labs. The book has brought all of that to me and more!

As promised (echem…several weeks ago) I would get some more images up of this Mexico wedding. Well…finally…it is here. Stacy & Jo and my “cousins” you all rock! Tiffani and I had a blast and we would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you for having us.
This is a very very rare occurance. Something that usually only comes around for a couple of days…maybe once a year or year and a half….vacation! My husband owns his own business, I have like 50 businesses and unfortunately that combination means it is REALLY hard to get away. And if you ask my dear hubby, he just doesn’t. He goes…but he works :(. I even had to work a bit this time too.
But my Baby Sis was getting married in Charleston, SC and an ocean front house was rented for the occasion. We were lucky enough to be able to stay there for the week, and the beach times were a week of heaven. My kids have my blood…beach blood. I grew up in Virginia Beach, and vacationed at my Grandparents Nags Head villa several times a year. The surf, sand, sun and fishing are all a part of my blood. I have tried to explain this to my husband for years as I whine that I need to get back to the beach…he rolls his eyes. This week he saw it. Being the not so “beach lover” he is, he assumed our little ones would bore of its glory in a matter of a day or two. Much to his surprise they did not want to leave after a week. Nothing else was needed…no big theme parks…no huge outtings…just a bucket, boogie boards and the ocean. And for me, the sun, my babies, and my camera was all I needed.
