A little peek at this stunning couple from this past weekends wedding. Melissa & Ahmed we married at the Westfields Marriot…and it was gorgeous!

Throughout the photography industry there is debate on whether you should “specialize” in something. For the non-photography industry people that means…just photographing newborns, or just families, or just weddings, food, etc. I will admit…I do it all….and proudly.

I am a photographer. I photograph everything…and I love it. It takes time to get the skills and finesse to do each type, and not everyone can or should…and I am sure there are areas I still need to work on and practice. I shoot because I love it, and I shoot every single day…this is beyond a job for me. Why should I just pick one thing?

This image is a perfect reason why being a photographer that photographs everything is a good thing. This is the 4th time I have had the luxury of being a part of this family. It started with the Engagement, then the Wedding, then the Belly Love of their little one growing inside…and now capturing a whole new chapter in their lives. I am blessed that they have brought me into their world to document the growth of their love and family. And I am looking forward to watching this little girl grow over the next year during our Belly to One sessions.

It is always flattering and humbling when another photographer asks me to photograph them. I just need to get better about adding more time to these sessions…we just have way too much fun.
