Oh to be prego again. It was one of my favorite times of my life (3 times) and I think that is why I love shooting maternity sessions so much.
The news we all faced over the last 3 days has rocked our nation as a whole. It is a blunt reminder to cherish, hold and soak up every ounce of our young. They grow fast, and sadly…sometimes they leave us early. I know I am squeezing my babies a little extra tighter these days all the while feeling a slight pang of guilt that I still get too. I am painfully sorry for those that last lost a loved one, especially a child, in the last few days, weeks, years, decades. It is something I could never ever imagine going through and honestly my worst fear in life.
Hold your babies. Hold them tight.
