I am practically BEGGING Spring to get here. I am cold…bone cold…and the teeny tiny glimpse of Spring we had this past weekend (sunny 50 degree day) had my energy so high that I scrubbed my kitchen floor Cinderella style (for the Disney impaired, that is hands and knees with a bucket and brush…or for the guys, wax on wax off ish). Now that that picture is painted…I am just tired of the cold and ready to be motivated, I want to get back outside and just plain dive into a field! I am practically starved for a field session right now.
So it is that time…February is here at lightening fast speeds and the calendar is now open for Spring sessions. I am booking Feb, March, April and May Spring sessions! I have a lot of travel already on the calendar for some speaking engagements, photography conventions, and weddings, so if are in need of a weekend date…I suggest you get them fast! They are the first to go!

Last week I had the pleasure to work with Korie & Joel of Korie Lynn Photography. I was in need of couples for a mentoring session I had to teach and Korie was kind enough to offer herself and her husband up for the session. She promised they were fun on the other side of the camera…and were they EVER! Normally for my engagement sessions we do 2-3 outfit changes and change of locations and such, but this day was insanely hot and humid. We opted to just stick to the one outfit and tackle the location as efficiently as possible to get us out of the heat.
Korie & Joel were amazing. It is obviously they are still newlyweds, yet able to giggle, laugh and be goofy too. Enjoy the images from their session. Thank you both again for being amazing!
